Provided front-line technology support and training for both teachers and students at a private K-8 Apple Distinguished school in Lost Gatos, CA. Managed iPad and Mac deployment and policies using JAMF, Apple DEP and VPP systems. Incorporated an online help-desk platform (www.mytechdesk.org) in resolving and archiving support tickets in an efficient workflow. Developed to aid in independent iPad troubleshooting on campus.

Designed and implemented staff training workshops on Apple software to
new employees. Administered developmental workshops to Creative team members on adult learning styles and training techniques. Taught personal training sessions to OnetoOne members on Apple hardware and software and consistently received positive feedback and promoters. Organized in-store youth events, including field trips and an annual two-week summer day
camp. Created custom-designed password cards for customers to keep track of OnetoOne member information.

Worked with Apple Retail QA, IS&T and Development teams to test the usability of software systems and create a solid UI. Found errors in software builds to improve copy and workflow for each stage of development. Efficiently completed assigned tasks and reported error tickets using SPOT
